Mother Regina Roncari
R.I.P.
Mother Gina (Regina) Roncari of the Canossian Daughters of Charity died late in the evening of 20 March 1960 after a long illness. She was born in Besozzo, Italy, from a family of strong Faith, in 1883, and of her 55 years of Religious life 52 were spent in the Mission field.
In her younger days she ran a flourishing school of Drawing and Painting. Later she taught in school, showing great interest in the intellectual progress of her pupils and guiding and helping them in after years.
She was much loved by all who knew her.
